Refunds

Unfortunately, we do not  accept returns and all sales are final  . If you are unsatisfied with any services or purchases you can always contact us at zmonacollection@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you  .

If  your return is approved, you’ll be  refunded on your original payment method once we receive the item . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund . Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
